So i know we went to Rome like almost a month ago but we have just been having way too much fun between family in utah or Hillspring to even think about blogging. We did have sooo much fun though. We were there for only 2 1/2 days but it was perfect, we definitely saw everything we wanted to see and more. I loved how everything in Rome was soo close together. We walked the whole city and im soo glad we did because we saw soo much more that way. On almost every other corner was another ancient building or something cool to see. We completely gluttoned ourselves with pasta, pizza and gelato. I really would go back just for the food. Sooo delicious!! We took a zillion pictures, Jeff may or may not have been soo annoyed with me and my camera, but here are just a few.....
St. Peter's Sqaure was seriously HUGE!! Words can not describe how amazing it really was inside and out....
This road is 1000's of years old. We were literally walking down the road of history...
You can not say this doesn't make your mouth water just looking at it....
I just couldn't get enough of these guys. Real people pretending to be statues. It was soo hard to tell if they were real or not. I would stare at them forever trying to decided if they were human or just a statue...
Sooo much ancient history and sooo much to see! It was soo cool to think this is where the prophets of old literally walked and talked. Im soo glad we decided to stop there on our way home!!

ohmyehck it looks so awesome over there! it is worth living in africa for a year if you get to stop in rome on your way home...haha. and you and jeff look so cute in that picture!
